We invite you to hear our story, visit our winery, and — most importantly, taste our wines.
With the benefit of an Italian winemaking heritage and Australia’s marvelous Central Victorian climate, we believe we have the perfect conditions for creating great Australian wines with a European soul.
Our first vintage, the 1995 Sandhurst Ridge Shiraz, was awarded five stars by Winestate magazine, and our wines have been piling up accolades ever since. Year after year, James Halliday has awarded five stars to our wines.
Visit our cellar door (just 15 minutes from the centre of Bendigo) and you’ll find that one of the family — Paul, Karen, George or Connie Greblo — will be pleased to take you through our range of wines and explain how they were made and the conditions that affected particular vintages. We reside on the estate, and vines and wine are our passion.
Sandhurst Ridge B & BWe offer vertical tastings of our Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon so that you can discover the interplay of climate, soil, seasonal conditions and age of the vines. Was 2005 a better vintage than 2006? Taste and decide for yourself!
