There is no doubt that the King Valley is blessed as a location for grape growing. At Gracebrook vineyards we have been able to match our varieties to separate vineyard sites to maximize the potential we have here in the Valley.
Fresh aromatic Riesling, rich fruity Merlot, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and spicy Sangiovese all reflect the fruit-driven wine style for which the King Valley has become famous.
Traditional winemaking techniques ensure that quality is uncompromised, varieties retain their ripe berry characters and their rich soft structures. High quality French oak barrels are used for both Chardonnay and the red varieties.
Why don’t you drop in and enjoy some of the culinary delights we have to offer while relaxing in front of our crackling fire or outside on the spacious decking.
We have a range of home-style meals that are made from estate grown and locally sourced produce, such as pumpkin soup as well as estate grown pork and beef dishes to warm you up during the cooler season.
Come the warmer months we have our popular Farmer’s Feast grazing platter and cheese and fruit platter featuring some of the district’s cheeses.
We offer a selection of sumptuous desserts and the finest quality coffee and assorted beverages. These delights and light lunches are available seven days a week for your enjoyment.
