Willow Creek Vineyard is located in Merricks North on Victoria’s beautiful Mornington Peninsula.
Our viticulturist Robbie O’Leary has been hand-tending our vines since the beginning, so his knowledge of our vineyard is incomparable. His partnership with winemaker Geraldine McFaul combines Robbie’s intimate understanding of the site with a winemaking approach focusing on minimal intervention.
Salix Restaurant & Bistro’s captivating vineyard accompanies the stylish, locally-sourced seasonal food showcased by Bernard McCarthy. The bright bistro has a sunny deck for summer dining, while the sophisticated restaurant is a cosy escape in all seasons.
